In charge of the business model structuring and managing partnerships.

Coordination of projects (R$ 5MM) that resulted in significant improvements on the bonds issuance, after-sale, and back-office routines, leading to the development of mobile applications and new interfaces to distributors (SalesForce platform). This project ranked 4 on a 1 to 5 scale. In charge of the area responsible for short-term projects linked to the customization of business solutions for corporate clients (Promotional Products), assuring the leadership of the company on this market slot (monthly average of 25 new products). Manager of a 36 member professional team which includes: two management departments and three co-ordinations teams responsible for customer service and in-company sales staff, bonds issuance, support, and payment of saving bonds rights, achieving efficiency gains on processes with more than 30% decrease in operational time and gains on productivity over 150%. I coordinated, along with lawyers, accountants, and auditors, the analysis of provisions that led to a reversal of such provisions and a R$990k profit.

Liaison between the commercial areas and the businesses unit. Responsible for the alignment between that unit and the corporate strategy. Active participation, along with consulting companies (EloGroup e MJV), on the conception of some readjustment processes on the optimization of the regulation and operational risks resulting in an over R$12MM investment plan.

In charge of the main source of income (> R$ 300 MM in 2015) and profitability of the business unit developing products and partnerships with large companies with strong presence on mass production products. Responsible for an average of 29% annual growth in revenues between 2009 and 2014, exceeding the budget by 7% (2014), highlighting products attached to more than 20 insurance companies. Also, making feasible commercial projects alongside industries, retails, and promotional marketing agencies (such as Reader’s Digest, Diageo, Kraft Foods, Michelin, Marilan, BRFoods, Cadbury, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, Reckitt-Benckiser, TIM, Oi, Claro, Vivo, Upstream, Zed Bullet). The manager led the company's entry into the banking insurance segment (2010), with traditional capitalization bonds and the sector's debut in e-commerce (2009). Handled market studies and built partnerships focused on business opportunity recognition among representative bodies of the target sector and specialized publications. Institutionally represented the company and the events sector (Grocery Supermarkets of Santa Catarina Meeting – 2011; Forum “Commercial Promotions Trends in Brazil and in the World”- 2012). I presented speeches (I Workshop SegNews, with the panel “Saving Bonds as Micro insurance Leverage”- 2012) and I also received awards and recognition from the sector (SegNews Magazine – 2009 and Cobertura Magazine – 2014).

From May 2005 to September 2006, Financial Manager subordinated to the corporate finance officer, division that advised the chair of the holding company of SulAmérica, a company with a strong presence in the insurance, pension, and investments industries and with a joint venture with the Dutch ING group.
