It provides grants to 12 students to work 20 hours/week to articulate multiple projects in parallel.In this opportunity, I researched Control Theory and Embedded Systems, mainly focused on improving sensor integration, and subsequently presenting open seminars on the topic.I also taught classes to undergraduate students of engineering on a series of challenging courses such as: Calculus, Linear Algebra, Electronic Circuits, Linear Systems and even Transport Phenomena.I also coordinated and taught mathematics and chemistry in a free "cram school", created with the intention to empower less fortunate students to get better grades on our High School National Exam (used to enter Federal and State Universities).Other projects included teaching small, 10-hour courses, on essential Engineering Software, such as Excel, C, MATLAB, Python, and Proteus; leadership positions of the logistics team, secretary and also the group itself; created a Team Dashboard on Google Sheets with Apps Script automation to allow the group to remote work effectively and others. Worked mainly (given the circumstances) with my department's administration on the safe return to in person activities. Becoming the first department (and only, on 2021.2) in my university to successfully abide to the federal guidelines and start a hybrid learning model.
