• Since January/2008, acting as focal point and team leader of L3 support for International and National Roaming, where I participated in the entire evolution from 2G to 5G, implementing, testing and operating all services within the entire topology such as voice, data, VAS, signaling, virtualization;• Interaction with various areas of the company (Wholesale, Engineering, Interconnection, Regulatory, Quality, iSOC, among others) to resolve failures and implement projects;• Support to the IREG/TADIG team, for testing new International and National Roaming agreements (Voice Services, CAMEL, VoLTE, LTE, 5G) with subsequent configuration of opening, across the entire network;• Configuration and troubleshooting of Roaming services on the following platforms: MME (Huawei, Nokia and Ericsson), DRA/PTS (Huawei, Oracle), MSC (Ericsson), HSS/HLR (Ericsson), GGSN/PGW (Huawei), eDNS (F5/Huawei), Steering/GLR/ICA/HSC/WSMS (Sixbell), NGN (Italtel), Firewall (Juniper), MPCC (Syniverse);• Experience in signaling protocols: ISUP, SIP, MAP, CAP, INAP, GTPc, GTPu, Diameter;• Definition and Analysis of Roaming KPIs, using SQM – Huawei, PIC – Oracle, QTrace – RADCOM, PowerBI, Probes Mobileum/SIGOS/Viavi/ADS;• Network audit, with execution of DTs for correction/inclusion/exclusion, in all network elements related to International Roaming. IR.21 Update (GSMA RAEX);• Integration/support of TIM’s partners such as MVNOs, MNOs (Brisanet, Unifique) and Global IMSI providers (Cubic, TIS, BICS);• Participation in RFPs/RFQs, PQRs/PVVs, RITs and preparation of POPs;• Troubleshooting and complaints resolution from Inbound and Outbound VIP customers. Interaction with international operators, IPX providers and voice carriers;• MPCC (Mobile Policy Control Center) implementation together with Syniverse.• Started in April/2006, at the Network Monitoring Center (NMC), as L1 support for International Roaming failures, VAS and customer complaints.
