- Senior Trust Attorney-Delegate in charge of Complex Legal Structuring, acting as in-house Legal Counsel, responsible of promoting, negotiating, and drafting Complex Legal Structured Trusts, Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, Legal Aspects Related to Corporate Finance, Securities, ATF´s Real Estate Investments Trusts, along with solid legal skills in regulatory matters with the Mexican Securities and Exchange Commission, Mexico´s Central Bank and government affairs. In 2017, I led, acting as Senior Legal Counsel for CIBanco, S.A. as Trustee, the first FIBRA Trust substitution.

Legal Counsel for the Trust Structuring Management Department, in charge of conducting and negotiating trust agreements, escrow accounts, administrative and collateral agencies, powers and guarantees to be granted in credit and loan agreements implemented by the Bank Sales Department, rendering the legal services relating to the designing of complex legal structures for domestic and foreign clients. Likewise, legal counsel to the Management Area with regard to the terms and conditions under which existing contracts in the Bank’s nationwide portfolio shall be amended, restructured or terminated, in adherence to current Mexican Commerce and/or Judicial Law.

Trust Sales Legal Executive in charge of the branches for Trusts for the Ultra High Network and Private Banking, performing the following legal services: coordination of the business relationship between the Trust Division, Private Bankers and wealth managers nationwide; Designing of complex legal structures and drafting of Trust Agreements for Top Clients (Businessmen and Major Mexican Corporations) in accordance with the business requirements provided for in BBVA´s internal regulations and Mexican Law in force.

Started at August 2008 as Legal Counsel and Solicitor to the Trustee Admission Department, with the professional responsibility of negotiating and analyzing with internal and external clients, the terms and conditions under which new Trust businesses shall be implemented, as well as the execution and implementation of specific trust instructions, escrow accounts, and also the implementation of the terms and conditions under which the trusts agreements already existing in Bank’s portfolio nationwide, would be amended or extinguished, in compliance with the legislation in force. In addition, the rendering of the legal services relating to consultancy and follow-up of trials and general Court litigation in connection with the cases in which the Bank as trustee is involved either as a plaintiff or defendant. (August 2008-May 2011).From May 2011 until June, 2012 as Trust Senior Attorney and Trust Delegate I was in charge of new Trusts for general clients such as Businessmen, Corporations, Government Agencies, Law Firms as well as legal affairs relating to internal banking areas within BBVA Bancomer, such as Corporate, Government and Retail Banking Departments, attending several operations such as infrastructure, escrow accounts, investments, securities, social prevision, among others. During this period I became the legal counsel that, according to the Bank’s records, generated more income for new businesses to the Trust Department.
