Working as UI Engineer for an e-commerce website. Here I work developing friendly user interfaces so that shoppers can have a better experience when shopping. I worked on projects about product recommendations based on statistics of users visits and also based on AI. These projects were supposed to achieve more than 7 million dollars/month of extra revenue for the client. I also participated in the Recently Viewed Items project which was suppose to display a panel with the 30 latests products visited by the user. The project was successfully released and it had a very small defect rate during its development phase which caused a good and positive impression on the client. Apart from other small projects, I've been working with mobile development (also e-commerce) using a third-part framework, called Moovweb. The project also involves BackboneJS, RequireJS, Handlebars, Lodash, JQuery, Compass, Sass, HTML5 and NodeJS. It's been a valuable experience, since we are gaining the client confidence with a good performance in the job. I went to San Francisco/CA 6 times to work close to the client and better assist him on his requests.Besides that, I was the tutor of a internal Advanced JavaScript/HTML5 API course, where I ran over the main concepts of this language and applied exercises for the Brazil Avenue Code staff. Also a great experience.A last point is that I've been part of a Recruitment Team, where I am responsible for analyzing candidates resumés, interviewing, scoring and validate them. I am also responsible for new ideas of candidates evaluations, like new tests, questions and procedures.

Corrective and preventive maintenance analyst, supporting the administration system (SIARE) demands. Requirements Engineer and Java System Analyst for SEMAD - Secretaria do Meio Ambiente of Minas Gerais (Government agency responsible for the environment).Position: Scrum MasterI worked as a Scrum Master for a SEMAD project, managing tasks, requirements, iterations and team. I organized daily stand ups with the development team, raised new requirements for next releases and attended to Sign off meetings at the client dependencies. I was part of the team responsible for introducing Scrum methodology at the company. Introduced the usage of the Kanban board.

I partially elaborated and fully developed the project of Improved Visualization of Maps, which was one of the most important improvement project at that year for the company. With this project, their clients were able to experience a better and friendly visualization of the entities present in the mining which made the navigation and usability a way more clear, agile and flexible. I also elaborated the documentation (user manual and Power Point slides ) that was used to present the project in Chile.Position: Corrective and Preventive AnalistyAnalysis and correction of problems/defects encountered during implementation of the System.
