Management of 20 direct employees and 70 indirect (contractors). Reporting to the HR & EHS Director and Global EHS.• Responsible for planning and managing the CAPEX and OPEX of the EHS and Assets areas and their human resources, including their training and development;• EHS management of 02 business units (Metal Alloy Foundry and Refrigeration Compressors), monitoring of health, safety and environmental management systems and asset systems; management of the Occupational Health area with technical and managerial support for the team;• Acting as representative and support for the EHS pillars in the Tecumseh Production System (TPS) Program, with a view to reducing costs, improving the environment and complying with safety standards;• Responsible for the asset management of all plants, coordinating surveillance teams and all operational control procedures, as well as certification (OAS);• Establishing loss prevention engineering controls at the plants, by identifying risks, reviewing projects in accordance with international standards;• Responsible for planning and managing environmental intervention plans with environmental agencies, as well as the environmental remediation process at production sites.Results achieved:• Proteção Brasil Award in the Risk Management category in 2023;• KAIZEN AWARD GLOBAL 2023 Operational Excellence Category;• KAIZEN AWARD BRAZIL 2022 Operational Excellence Category;• Development of the ESG Program - Environmental, Social and Governance; • A 72% reduction in recordable accidents, a 67% reduction in the frequency rate, a 96% reduction in lost days and a 90% reduction in the severity rate;• A 36% reduction in the environmental indicators for the generation of solid waste from the foundry process and a 39% reduction in the environmental indicators for water consumption in the production process;• Development of the Safety and Environment Technical Pillars methodology, recognized and applied worldwide in Tecumseh plants.

Reporting to the Plant Manager and the Global EHS Business Line.• EHS management of 03 business units in the monitoring of management systems (ISO 14.001, OHSAS 18.001 / ISO 45.001 & ISO 50.001); leadership of the human resources allocated, responsible for their training and professional development;• Representative and support for the EHS pillars in the WCM-World Class Manufacturing Program, aimed at reducing costs, improving the environment, meeting safety and environmental standards; • Carrying out improvement projects in the areas of ergonomics, EHS, by applying own knowledge and professional experience, with the aim of fully complying with legal requirements;• Establishing loss prevention engineering controls at the plants, by identifying risks, reviewing projects in accordance with international standards.Results achieved:• ZERO Accidents on Business Lines for 3 years in a row;• Implementation/transition of the Occupational Health and Safety System to ISO 45.001 standards;• Implementation of Energy Recycling programs - "Zero Landfill", reuse water project in all sanitary facilities and production processes.

Reporting to the EHS Manager.• EHS coordination at the São Paulo (headquarters), Campinas and Recife (PE) plants, Management Systems - Environmental ISO 14.001, Health and Safety OHSA 18.001;• Strategic planning . of the units based on the S.W.O.T system for surveying investments, human resources, training, safety and quality;• Support for continuous improvement working groups (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and TPM), aimed at reducing costs, improving the environment and meeting safety standards;• Management of the Safe Process Management Program - PSM at the plants;• Development of improvement projects in the areas of ergonomics and EHS, establishment of loss prevention engineering controls in the plants by identifying risks and reviewing projects in accordance with international standards.Results achieved:• Reduction of accident frequency coefficients in absolute cases by 10% at the plants;• Implementation of the Integrated Emergency Network - RINEM, the Risk Management Program and the Emergency Action Plan at the plants in compliance with CETESB requirements;• Implementation of the Corporate Training Program - Safe Process Leadership and the Safe Process Management Program - PSM;• Reduction in the generation of significant environmental aspects via a process sustainability program;• Certification and Awarding of Safety and Environmental Management in the national manufacturing units with the standards established in the USA corporation.

• Coordination of the Environmental Management System at the plants; internal auditor and trainer for the environmental management system; coordination of the Waste Management and Reverse Logistics Program at the plants; coordination of the Environment Committee for each plant;• Supervision of effluent treatment, development of projects to improve environmental pollution control.
