• Plan and manage the piping construction activities on-site carried by the Sub-Contractors to ensure that the scope of work is achieved in accordance with the contract requirements and timeframe. • Make sure that the quality of work carried out on-site complies with the HSE policy.• Prepare reports and forecasts, including a summary of construction progress, craft personnel, and expenditures forecasts• Verify the construction progress at the site. • Coordinate with the Engineering Manager and Project Engineering to identify and resolve technical problems encountered during the construction phase.• Report to the Construction Manager for the mechanical completion progress.• Review and evaluate subcontractor’s documentation such as Method Statement, Specifications, Procedures and Drawings

Monitor all the piping construction activities and to ensure that all activities were executed safely and apply the project specification, procedure, and standard.
