At Spotahome, I lead a +100 people team, including Sales, Account management, Customer Experience, Fraud & Security, Operations and Company transformation teams.Since I joined Spotahome, five years ago, my teams and I were able to help the company survive Covid pandemia with +85% international business and heavy cost structure, restructured the company, automated operations, expanded to +100 cities across Europe, integrated a recently acquired company (Erasmusu), doubled the supply base, launched new relational products that now represent +50% of our revenues and 80% of profits, revamped all internal operations, internally developed and rolled out an AI agent that is currently serving +50% of our users, reduced +50% operating costs, overall achieved +40% CAGR in Net revenue and reduced overall burn +95%, helping the company reach profitability.

New Digital Business was BBVA’s digital businesses and technology investment unit in charge of investing, partnering and building fintech companies, in alignment and coordination with BBVA core business unitsAs director of Strategy I led Strategy definition, coordinated with BBVA global strategy and transformation agenda, helped prioritise and launch new business ventures (i.e a SME digital bank in US), identified new areas for tech investments in M&A and partnerships, analysed M&A opportunities, supported investments (i.e. Invested in a banking as a service (SaaS) company) and led strategic projects in the portfolio companies (i.e. supported internationalisation strategy)
