Administrative Coordinator responsabilities plus......• Local QHSE coordinator for the office and vessels in the region. Ensure that we comply with the QHSE commitment within the company. • SSPA (QHSE Policy for Pemex) coordinator. Ensure that we comply with the Pemex QHSE policy. This include: generate new documentation, modify existing documentations, be aware of any audit it may be schedule and assist to the monthly meeting with the customer. • Deliver all the services on time and with the quality and format that the customer expects and requires from us as a customer.• Responsible for the ordering of the office (i.e. groceries, office materials, office equipment, etc.)• Be involved with the vessel operations in all the region contracts, in order to assist the operations team in case it is required.

• Be the face of the company in front of the customer. Ensure the customer is satisfy with all the services we are providing and build the trust in the company day by day. • Administrate and control the contract between emgs and the customer. • Lead the invoicing and payment of the services we provide each month during the duration of the contract. • Generate the invoicing process and assist the accountants to submit the invoice through the procedure in place. • Serve as a liaison during the invoicing process. This could involve telephone, video conference, and face to face with the customer.
