Comprehensive legal advice on the Oil & Gas and Administrative Law.Responsible for natural gas export permits until 2020 (contracts analysis, publishing, checking technical and legal reports regarding reserves and prices, and issuing the export gas permission).• I contributed with new regulations, software and systems in order to improve the authorization process.• During 2019/2020 more than 60 permits were issued to export natural gas to Chile, Uruguay and Brasil in a timely manner.• I settled conflicts between gas exporters efficiently, maintaining a correct and transparent relation with companies in the oil & gas sector.Dealing with LNG exports in Argentina, I have been working on the new LNG exports regulation.

For instance:• I contributed actively in a project financed by “Corporación Andina de Fomento -CAF”, whose main objective was the realization of studies regarding renewable energies, small hydropower potential, and energy efficiency in different regions or Argentina. It included, among other activities, the development of work plan, budget and legal framework. We had to celebrate agreements with consultancy firms, companies, banks and other governmental bodies. I collaborated also with the bidding documents, and as a part of the evaluating committee. In addition, I organized a course regarding “International Cooperation” in order to empower professionals who work for the Secretariat of Energy. • With a team, we produced reports and proposals, to solve controversies that araised over the course or the new public tenders concerning projects of electricity generation through renewables sources and thermal power stations.• I participated on the implementation of the new tariff schemes and subsidies reduction, along with its pertinent defense in court. I made proposals related to social tariff for NGO’s and sport entities.
