Working in the Shoe Manufacturing Industry for Nike customer:- Coordinate QA activities in the New Product Introduction execution.- Head of Quality System- Coordinate activities among the testing laboratories. Performing test to Raw Materials & Finished Goods, reporting results to Nike and to the internal requesters.- Develop and implement quality and continuous improvement strategies which support the overall business strategy and directly impact metrics of quality and customer service. -In charge of compliance to Internal Audits regarding Quality Procedures and maintain the timely reporting of status of the operation.-Responsible for quality assurance activities that assist in the implementation of the Company´s goals and objectives.-Provide direction and support for Quality Supervisory and Quality Engineering Activities. Drive read across of internal and external corrective actions. -Monitor quality metrics and report to Management to support decisión process.-Coordinate quality activities regarding New Projects Introduction
