Responsible for Electrical Test Laboratory operations (up to 14KA @ 750V), certifying under norms as UL, IEC, CSA, NOM-ANCE and CCC for plant operations. Managed full design responsibility for industrial products in 9 product lines, with more than 100 variants and accessories. Managed a Masters program in cooperation with ITESM for 4 members of team.• Lead component design homologation and material change projects with savings around $9M MXN in FY 12.• Implemented PLM methodology, increasing the management of new design projects from 1 to 4 in parallel.• Achieved a reduction of 20% on productions holds caused by variations during product certification activities and tests.

• Responsible of transferring from the engineering side, the 3VL Family Electrical Breaker Products from a Plant in Ohio, USA to a new location in Monterrey, Mexico.
