With over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, I am passionate about helping Mexican businesses grow and succeed. I have a bachelor's degree in law with a focus on financial planning and services, and a diplomate in finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico.I started my career as a junior financial specialist at M.F.M. (now Capital Tech), where I learned about credit and currency topics. Then, I joined Escala Capital, one of the most important SOFOMEs in the country, as a senior financial specialist and later as a sales manager. I was responsible for opening national offices, hiring and training a team, setting and meeting short, medium, and long-term goals, evaluating and adjusting the performance of the executives in my team, and developing processes that boosted sales. I had the opportunity to visit more than 1,000 businesses from different industries nationwide and achieved significant results. I also met and forged friendships with valuable and successful people, such as chairmen, CEOs, CFOs, and controllers, from whom I learn every day. And of course, I had the privilege of working with excellent human beings and professionals.Currently, I am the founder and CEO of OLUFIN SAPI DE CV SOFOM ENR, a company that offers customized credits to meet the needs of each client. We are based in San Pedro Garza García, NL, and have a national presence. I lead a team of talented and committed people who share my vision of providing the best financial solutions to our customers.
