-Revisar a traves del SEACE la realizacion de los procedimientos especiales de contratacion que realizan las Entidades Ejecutoras en el marco de la Ley 30556.-Recopilar datos de forma directa de las entidades ejecutoras sobre el desarrollo del procedimiento especial de contratacion para el seguimiento y deteccion de posibles problemas para coordinar la asistencia tecnica.-Verificar la informacion obtenida sobre los procesos especiales de contratación en diversos reportes de seguimiento para su monitoreo y control periodico.

- Apoyar en la revisión de los requerimientos solicitados por las Áreas Usuarias.- Revisar los documentos presentados por los postores que cumplan de acuerdo al perfil requerido.- Control previo de los documentos para elaborar ordenes de servicio.- Apoyar en realizar compromisos presupuestales anual y mensual en el SIAF y SAP.- Apoyar en el control previo de los pagos y/o conformidades solicitados por las áreas usuarias.

-Monitorear y hacer seguimiento de la ubicación de los vehículos a nivel nacional.-Coordinar, programar el control de la flota vehicular de SERFOR a nivel nacional.-Supervisar la ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento y reparación de la flota vehicular a nivel nacional.-Evaluar y ejecutar los requerimientos de adecuación de la flota de transporte a la especificaciones técnicas por el MTC.
