Goals:At Conecta, my focus is on developing robust and scalable projects for clients, ensuring high-quality deliveries. I always strive to balance product excellence with ease of future maintenance, prioritizing clean and optimized code. My goal is to deeply understand client needs, proposing effective solutions and continuously improving the user experience.Challenges:During the development of over 100 projects, many challenges have been encountered. One of the most significant challenges in my journey has been contributing to the improvement of code structure and organization, as well as searching for the best technologies to deliver high-quality projects while facilitating future maintenance.A major challenge I face is the implementation of microservices to ensure system scalability and flexibility, using technologies like Flask and Node.js with Express. In many projects, I am responsible for handling complex integrations with various payment and logistics service APIs, such as Pagar.me, Mercado Pago, and Correios, optimizing real-time processing with technologies like Sidekiq, Redis, and AWS.Additionally, I have worked on diverse projects, such as Milifarma, where I helped manage data for the production of medications, and Joias Cataratas, which gamifies activities for the group's employees.
