• Advisory to 20 different businesses and channels, with a yearly budget of roughly R$ 16 billion.

• Cross-sectional implementation of best practices and solutions.
• Drafting, deploying, and following the efficiency plans, which generate approximately R$ 500 million yearly gains.
• Review and readjustment of structure sizing and procedures.
