I am a project management professional with twenty years of experience in R&D management in the aeroespace and telecommunications industries. My experience includes: project management, resource planning, budgeting, software development, quality assurance and process improvement. My colleagues describe me as an enthusiastic, approachable, innovative and knowledgeable individual with a keen attitude towards sharing knowledge.In my former role as Program Director at Ericsson Canada, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of 300 projects involving 1,500 people in 24 competency categories over a three year planning horizon. My work was credited by the General Manager as helping Ericsson Canada to acquire new mandates and save jobs during the downturn of the telecom industry. I also had the responsibility to define and deploy best practices in support of Ericsson’s drive to operational excelence.
