• During the merge of the two companies VocalTec & TdSoft I held the position of Post Sale Manager. In this position I was responsible of building a new Post Sale support team, maintaining the existing customers of both companies, recruiting new personnel, leading the team to be specialized in new territories, providing technical support services as part of the team and more.
