As the Director of the Remote School Program, I developed an educational strategy to support students from marginalized communities in the state of Chihuahua, providing primary, secondary, and high school students with essential skills in technology and English. The primary goal was to increase academic and employment opportunities for these young individuals.I managed a budget of 500,000 Mexican pesos, overseeing its creation, fundraising mechanisms, and the coordination and evaluation of program teachers. Additionally, I was responsible for providing financial reports, and ensuring transparency and effective use of resources. My leadership in this program has been pivotal in empowering students with the competencies needed for a brighter future.
