Some of these solutions include a new closing system for the Promerica Credit Card Software based on distributed processing, a web-based vPOS/Merchant Point Of Service, a new fraud prevention system with Machine Learning algorithms and a open purpose neural network.From 2011 to 2014 I was tasked as creator and Lead Designer of the soon-to-be-released Internet Banking Regional Solution for Promerica Financial Group. This Banking Solution will be implemented in 8 Banks in Central America and the Caribbean and will provide to the Promerica customers with a unified solution for desktop, tablet and smartphone screens.Co-creator and Lead Designer of the Promerica Group Credit Card Software Projects and Support Department. Leader of said Department since 2002 managing projects and offering 24/7 support to 19 financial institutions in North, Central, South America as well as the Spanish and English speaking Caribbean until 2009.
