I advise clients spanning from communications and technology companies, infrastructure developers and investors, and government entities on regulatory, compliance, dispute resolution, and transactional matters in the telecommunications and broadband space. I focus on the business implications of regulatory policy involving telecommunications and emerging technologies, working with corporate leadership and business units to align business strategies and implement effective compliance programs. I have decades of experience representing service providers in litigation, administrative proceedings, appellate matters, and arbitration proceedings that require a deep understanding of the communications industry and its regulatory frameworks. I also represent private companies and government entities in the development of public-private partnerships ("P3s") and other projects involving telecommunications and broadband infrastructure.
