I worked strategically and tactically, acting both as a leader and as a hands-on designer, managing a team of 14 designers (UX, UI, content and art direction), providing design direction, fostered consistency and enhanced the quality of in-house products. Additionaly, I cultivated a positive team culture in collaboration with cross-functional partners, engaging with various departments to solve complex challenges using strategic design methodologies, creating links with other business areas at all levels of the organization, influencing decisions by advocating data- and user-centric design. I also contributed creating solutions, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, agency competitions (pitch) and conducting research.

As a product designer consultant, I focused on data-driven growth strategies, including metrics analysis (AB tests), ideation, user flows, journeys, wireframes, and design sprints. I managed the Design System, updated documentation, and facilitated DEV handoffs. I conducted user interviews and analyzed results to improve user journeys and solutions, achieving KPIs. Ensuring accessibility standards, I also fostered strong stakeholder and client relationships through effective negotiation and validation processes.

At this fintech, I focused on enhancing loan renegotiation processes by simplifying workflows and improving clarity. Reducing loan simulation form, and implementing tags for highlighting advantageous loan options, healthier metrics like the percentage of salary commitment, along with important conditions like payroll, business loans. I also redesigned financial education pages, improving flows, categorization, and search features.

In this role, I helped to create login and registration flows for an e-commerce app, supported with qualitative and quantitative research in order to help sellers and buyers exchange their own products. Co-led design sprints and discoveries, with support from teams and stakeholders. Creating a specific solution and a navigable prototype to be tested with our users. I was also responsible for creating a library of 100% componentized illustrations. I also worked and mapped improvements in all user sections, from purchase to sale, shopping cart, product registration, onboarding and user settings.
