Additionally, I coordinated communication suppliers and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in ABRADIMEX’s brand identity. A key achievement was the development of a sectoral report in partnership with Deloitte, which was used as a pivotal tool in a public relations campaign to generate visibility in business media.I was directly involved in management and leadership, integrating the Communication, Financial, and Institutional areas to align marketing strategies with the association's goals. Building relationships with key partners such as ANVISA, the pharmaceutical industry, and the government was also a crucial part of the work, ensuring ABRADIMEX's presence in relevant sector discussions on specialized, exceptional, and hospital medications.
