- Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing JD and posting in channels accordingly.- Leading full-cycle recruitment processes for both tech and non-tech positions.- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and onboarding candidates across all business units in the South Europe region.- Elaborating detailed HR evaluations for each candidate on process.- Acting as the POC between assigned BU and candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding processes.- Member of the D&I focus group for South Europe.- Actively participating in projects such as People Analytics, Employer Brand initiatives, etc

- Onboarding: full ownership of the onboarding process through first day communications, contract and NH files review and preparation, first day presentation delivery and Social Security communications.- Compensation & Benefits: Creating and processing all New Hires' files, contract creation and review, supporting the full payroll cycle with the external provider, and managing the entire company benefits plan (medical insurance, meal voucher, flexible comp. and pension plan) for +500 employees.- Talent development: Training needs detection and coordination of internal training courses, also conducting training sessions for employees and managers on HR topics.- Offboarding: Conducting exit interviews and termination files preparation.- HR projects implementation (Performance review, Organizational development, Talent mapping, Internship Program) and HR policies (Ethics, Referral Program) review and compliance.

- Subject Matter Expert for internal staffing.- Training and mentoring new members in the team.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Corporate and CX roles across international markets.- Conducting Job-ads posting, proactive searches, CV screening, group and 1:1 interviews, performing assessments and extending offers to candidates.- Creating feedback evaluation sheets for final hiring decision.- Managing internal selection processes across the business such as change of projects and promotions.- Advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.- Serving as a POC for candidates and HM throughout the recruiting process.- Managing the pre-onboarding process by collecting candidates' hiring documents, creating onboarding files and first-day communications.
