Inno-V is a consultancy specialised in the fields of public transport and mobility management.Among my projects at inno-V, I can mention the following;-For the Dutch Ministry of Transport I carried out strategic studies into organisational forms in the public transport sector, comparing experiences and lessons from railway reorganisation and the introduction of tendering in several European countries.-For two provinces in the Netherlands, I researched possibilities for autonomous low-speed shuttles as a valuable first and last mile transport solution-For the city of Almere I prepared the tender of their BRT-network and bus network to Amsterdam and was involved in the awarding, implementation and management of the contract-For a selected group of senior managers from the Dutch railway sector I organised a study tour to Japan to draw lessons from the high performance levels of the Japanese railways. Inno-V uses its know-how to support local, national and international authorities as well as market parties dealing with strategic policy formulation, market development, innovation and tendering. Our approach to transport and road issues is multidisciplinary, with a clear focus on results.
