The company was founded by the CEO, Zen Kahn, a committed educationalist in both the UK and Middle East, working as a Senior Leader in schools, she identified the need to set up a professional and personalised educational recruitment company which aims specifically at providing ambitious teachers and leaders to the right type of school. Education 1st Recruitment Ltd. will only work with good quality candidates who have been thoroughly screened by our team, a number of ex-teachers with international teaching experience and practical, hands on advice for living and working overseas. Psychometric surveys of each candidate and profile will allow our team to understand the qualitative skills of our candidates and what they are looking for. Our schools also go through an application process, and we will recommend a visit to any school we work with, our physical presence in numerous countries across the globe means that we have the local knowledge and expertise required to provide qualified and reliable recruitment advice to better understand the school and its aims.
