My role included being an educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor and successful coach.The University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) was the first private higher education institution in Poland (and Eastern Europe) to achieve true university status. Guests included international best-sellers Nicholas Sparks, Lucinda Riley, Ben Collins (The Stig from Top Gear), as well as a host of Polish stars including Edyta Herbuś, Gaba Kulka, Natalia Kukulska, Maciej Stuhr and Justyna Steczkowska. I always saw my role as being a journalist, researcher, mediator and facilitator. -
