- Managed the Oil&Gas Monitoring Systems Unit, including the supervision of 10 engineers in the Commercial, R&D, Engineer and Production areas. - Elaborated the Oil&Gas commercial department’s restructuring plan, resulting in a significant increase of efficiency and cost reduction of new business development’s process.- Supported Lupatech Oil&Gas global marketing and sales strategy, including follow up with key clients and contracts at a management level, achieving a significant increase of new business opportunities.- Supported the development of domestic and international strategic alliances, including the negotiation of agency and cross distribution agreements among US, Latin American, Middle Eastern and European companies, leading to a successful internationalization process. - Coordinated the company’s first international project of 2 complex oil wells with an innovative monitoring solution.
