The content division, in which I led creative and technology developments, grew to generate the bulk of company revenues over this time.As Executive Producer for the world's leading education publisher I generated strategic responses to national policy changes on assessment & led or contributed to the design of a number of very popular and curriculum schemes, assessments & digital products.As Group Head of Software & Product Management for the global technology company Promethean, I helped introduce new product management & ISO quality processes to the fast growing company. I led the specification of major new products & revisions along with their GTM plans, associated marketing initiatives & alliance programs. In my time managing product for Promethean the company secured explosive international growth, expanded from serving a handful of countries to distributing a diverse product portfolio to over 100 countries & seeing revenues multiply dramatically.In my strategy & consulting roles in industry, I work with leaders, policy makers and academics to support digitally led innovations.
