I am a psychology graduate from Universidad de Guadalajara with a passion for organizational development and improvement. I have been working as a technical recruiter at Bonzzu since April 2022, where I source, interview, and manage candidates for various IT roles, helping companies build teams and connects talented software developers and designers with amazing organizations of all shapes and sizes..Previously, I was the head of operations at Undoskin Sport, a sportswear company, where I coordinated the showroom and warehouse, recruited new talent, and oversaw the digital migration of company processes. I also worked as an administrative coordinator at a government agency, where I handled the collection, registration, and assignment of beneficiaries for a social program. In both roles, I applied my skills in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal relations to achieve positive outcomes and satisfaction for the stakeholders. My goal is to continue developing my career in the field of human resources and organizational psychology, and to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations I work with.
