Along this journey I developed skills in the areas of Businesses and Processes Management, Project and People Management; Sales of complex software solutions and services; Analysis and KPIs' definitions, Business Intelligence/Analytics; CRM; ERP (SAP) and Mapping, definition, automation and implementation of processes and systems – acquiring an unusual range of experiences in the areas of Business and IT, working directly with business users and C-Levels I acquired additional knowledges in the Finance, Food & Beverage, Telco, Retail and Government industries.During my free time, I am a chess player and student, an organic vegetable and fruit grower, and a cook.
