At DTEN(Entertainment Technology Board), a team within Globo, where my responsibilities have expanded beyond monitoring data collection maintenance and VFX work roadmaps through Shotgun Software. I have also developed new KPIs and Dashboards for the Online Editing, Ingest, Technical Evaluation, and Distribution teams for Exhibition, now created using Power BI. Additionally, I have performed medium and long-term planning studies for the Online Editing and Audio Producers teams. Furthermore, I have monitored the short-term allocation of these teams, comparing planned versus actual results and identifying opportunities for team optimization.

My experience at TV Globo was very enriching and challenging. I had the opportunity to immerse myself in various post-production processes, including Offline and Online Editing, Color Grading, and VFX, and work with some of the best professionals in the industry.As I gained more experience, I had the chance to work on the organization of the VFX team's job using agile tools such as Kanban and produce production performance reports using Geckoboard, Google Charts, and HighCharts. During this time, I also developed an internal website with KPIs about VFX Team Production based on WordPress and a mix of solutions for displaying the data.One of the most exciting projects I worked on was designing a tool in conjunction with Autodesk Shotgun Software to automate timelog data insertion with very few actions of VFX professionals, allowing the organization of the work in pools of attendance to around 50 entertainment programs annually produced at Rede Globo. To accomplish this, I decided to learn to program in Python.TV Globo is known for its advanced technology and innovation in post-production processes, VFX, and automation tools. Working for such a renowned company was a great learning experience that provided me with new challenges and opportunities for growth. I am proud to have been a part of such a prestigious team and to have contributed to the success of the company.
