Currently, I work as a Team Lead Ombudsman in Brazil for Stripe, a leading company in the online payments sector, where I manage and supervise a team dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence in Ouvidoria’s service for customers in Brazil. I have the certification of Ouvidoria by FEBRABAN, the Brazilian federation of banks, which accredits my knowledge and skills in this area. Working closely with Stripe and Teleperformance internal teams to maintain the highest standards of customer service and compliance.In addition to my experience in the financial sector, I am a videographer and creative editor with an extensive background in the production of audiovisual materials for various organizations and digital platforms. I founded and directed the channel Messiah TV, where I led a production team for all the audiovisual activities of the Mokiti Okada Association.
