Detona Gaming was created in 2017 by the two YouTubers CSR and Tiburci0. I joined in 2018 with the mission to turn Detona Gaming into a company, brand and esports organization. I am currently 100% dedicated to my goal and have been working tirelessly to turn our vision into reality. As a CEO and partner, I do a bit of everything but some of my responsibilities are:- Implementing and managing business plan, making sure we are aware of every change and opportunity in our market.- Defining and implementing communication and marketing strategy with our team.- Scoping potential partners, negotiating sponsorship deals and contracts.- Interviewing and hiring freelancers and employees.- Negotiating and managing player acquisition and transfers.- Aligning business strategy with financial strategy.- Managing all contracts between Detona and partners, sponsors, players, streamers, employees, freelancers and tournament organizers. - Motivating esports teams and employees to secure our position as one of the top esports organizations. - Creating and managing secondary revenue streams such as merch and membership club- Communicating with media outlets, maintaining a healthy relationship through transparency.
