- Management of IT projects and demands (traditional and/or agile approaches);- Leading of teams for systems' development and support;- Commercialization of a own Business Intelligence web application exclusively to support decisions in the franchisors' strategic plan, with integration of all franchised units and presentation in dashboards of the main information that impact the corporation (periodic billing, payments, appointments etc.).- Administration, preparation and monitoring of technical and functional documentation inherent to CMN resolution 4.966/21 (new accounting concepts and criteria applicable to financial instruments) for highly recognized customers and providers in the market, in an adaptation project led by a multinational company, involving topics such as: Classification of Financial Instruments, Classification of Financial Assets, Effective Interest Rate of the Operation (complete, linear differential and proportional differentiated), Renegotiation and Restructuring, Stop Accrual, etc.- Management of IT projects and demands, including improvements and corrections in a systemic platform for the management of lawsuits, contracts and others documents in a state public agency responsible for overseeing professionals.- Integration of systems.

- Management of Corporate IT team projects and demands required by internal areas (Accounting, Cash, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Facilities, Taxes etc.);- Management of projects arising from the continuos incorporation of acquired companies and their respective integrations.

- Success in the organization, updating and classification of the entire list of corporate projects with the active participation of stakeholders, in order to make it feasible to manage and apply PMI® practices;- Preparation of the initial process for project management and creation of the essential documentation used by the project office and analysts;- Participation in international projects for strategic partners;- Responsible for the planning, organization, execution and structuring of the work fronts and systems area to enable the best development and adequate support of the main software solutions of the corporation;- Experience in setting up teams for development, with direct participation in the hiring of new professionals (curriculum screening, profile analysis, preparation and application of tests and scripts for interviews by position), scaling of teams and their roles, definition of queues for attendance, integration, training and upskilling of new employees;- Improvement of the quality and climate of the teams through the management of dependencies, planning of activities, creation of standards, technical support, monitoring, periodic evaluation of the led ones with feedbacks, analysis of indicators, presentation of results, elaboration and execution of action plans;- Progressive decrease from 80% to 15% of the hours spent by development teams with corrective activities in their own systems, redirecting the effort of professionals to greater performance in projects and improvements with added value.

- Responsible for management by using PMI® practices of multiple institutional projects in several lines, with intermediation between areas of business, suppliers and technology, resulting in cost reduction, revenue increase, service to legal claims, error and fraud mitigation;- Elaboration of estimates and budgets, cost control, management of scope, schedules, resources, deadlines, risks and payments to suppliers, in addition to acting on requirements gathering, processes' mapping and improvement (AS-IS and TO-BE), preparation and management of PMO standardized documentation;- Experience in definition and control of the daily, weekly and monthly goals of projects; periodic reporting about activities and status of each project (Status Report), beyond assuring quality in development process (QA); planning, defense, implementation and validity of change (CM) in Homologation and Production environments;- Development of corporate routines and modules (.NET, C #, SQL Server, Windows Batch Scripting, etc.) for solving predicted/punctual demands, performing also training of new systems and flow definition for RTB team.

- Experience in systems analysis, preparation of functional and technical specification (UML, BPMN, MER), corporate systems development (.NET, C #, SQL Server) aimed at the Capital Market (Investments, Funds, ETFs, Cash, Settlement), in addition to realize formal knowledge transfer (KT) of new projects to Support Team, with emphasis in process improvement projects (Kaizen), operational errors extinction and revenue increase;- Broad capability in knowledge multiplication of the adopted methodology for systems development and their documentary patterns among project teams (SDM), resulting in increased quality on actuated areas documents and also artifacts promotion for corporate library as good and real documentation sample;- Responsible for technological structure updating (rollout) of systems, components and utilities to align technology with current business strategy, beyond managing the involved teams repository (IBM RTC, ClearCase).

- Led succesfully strategic projects internally developed (.NET, C#, SQL Server), tasks distribution (WI) and repository management (TFS, branching, merging), including requirements gathering, analysis, functional specification, technical description and support in order to build new corporative systems by using Design Patterns;- Developed applications for several banking areas (Collection, Credit, Consignment, Cash Management, Formalization, Cleaning Up, Marketing, Night Operations etc.), in addition to realize betterments, maintenance, integration of banking softwares and homologation of third-party customized system (Autbank)., achieving remarkable agility for decision support and process automation.

- Implantations of betterments in multi-platform ERP system with BI (Java, PostgreSQL, CVS), also performing the development and maintenance of applications for relevant commercial partners;- Experience with introducing of improvements in several modules of the main ERP system: banking automation, EDI, fiscal books, purchasing, stock, selling, finances, management etc., as well as the softwares homologation/certification through governmental organs;- Responsible for trainning and capacitation of new co-workers in order to actuate at the ERP systems development, also develop and improve the Extranet website (PHP, MySQL, Apache), besides maintain remote PostgreSQL databases via Linux (SSH).
