I started my career at DuPont as internship for technical school of Information Technology. I learned a lot with company philosophy, High performance work process, Green belt six sigma, and specific actuation for IT area, Novell and Microsoft servers administrator, Infrastructure network computer support, Implementation a project for upgrade network infrastructure, Systems analysis and computer support for end users, ERP-Enterprise Resource Process implementation, Data Base SQL server analysis. After 7 years, and IT Coordinator area position, I decided to migrate for projects management for Industrial area. I had the opportunity to learn about interesting projects in different companies such as Dow Chemical, Petrobras and Braskem, and consolidated my experience on Portfolio and Project management area. During 10 years (2009 to 2019) I was dedicated for corporate project management area at Braskem deal with PMO (Project management Office) and Methodology. Analysis of project scenarios (EVTE) for CapEx, Risk Management, System Benchmarking, Leadership multidisciplinary teams. My team was responsible for maintaining the Best Practical result for the FEL index for several years, with better performances in 2011 and 2013, which reflects in good performance for the capital projects competitiveness indicators. To maintenance of project methodology, I visited Braskem's main units (Brazil, the US and Mexico) providing coaching to project membership in learning about project management. In addition to the methodology, supported the teams in the use of the FEL Toolbox tool, developed by IPA to measure the maturity level of projects in advance. This helped in the development of the good quality of the developed deliverables.
