As a Regional Service Delivery Manager, I focus on supporting day-to-day operations and leading projects across the East Region, working closely with a team distributed across seven countries. In this role, I worked in a IT team of 4 people primarily based in Lithuania, with collaborative efforts alongside the Latvian team. My day-to-day responsibilities involved supporting over 500 users across Lithuania, ensuring smooth IT operations.Key responsibilities included: • Asset Management: Handling the purchasing, assigning, and issuing of assets while keeping the inventory verified and up to date. • Budgeting & Cost Planning: Contributing to budget planning and forecasting costs. • Procedure Alignment: Regularly updating and aligning processes with new procedures. • Local IT Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the entire IT infrastructure for a large office, including server and meeting rooms and overall network and hardware management. • Mobile Device Management: Managing smartphones and mobile numbers for over 500 users.I was also involved in: • Major Renovation Project: Played a key role in a renovation project across over 120 locations. This involved planning and purchasing new hardware based on the specific needs of each location. I frequently visited sites in person to ensure proper installation and setup, overseeing preparations until each location was ready to open. • Managed laptop Replacement Project: Coordinated the replacement and reinstallation of 200 laptops due to an end-of-life policy, ensuring minimal disruption to users and a smooth transition to the new devices. • Managed OS upgrade project for 300+ devices. • Was involved in domain migration project
