- Identified and defined farmers’ needs and priorities, and catalyzed sustainable technological innovations through technical advice, farmer training and multi-stakeholder partnerships, strengthening sustainability, productivity, profitability and improving their quality of life.- Led a team of 3 agronomists and administrative staff and managed a network of +6000 farmers, technicians, consultants, researchers, academics and local stakeholders to operate data-driven research and development projects with investments of around $3MM+ USD.- Built partnerships and collaborations with NGOs, local government and relevant stakeholders, and support them technically and financially to scale innovations in the region.- Implemented and extended agroecological and regenerative innovations, with special emphasis in maize-based systems and associated crops such as grains, legumes and oilseed crops, such as conservation agriculture, agroecological pest management, biofertilizers and integrated fertilization practices, postharvest management, intercropping, smart mechanization, etc. And ensure monitoring, evaluation and accountability for investors.- Developed and managed the regional office, including meetings, operational plans, annual strategies, regional representation activities and petty cash.
