I oversee the implementation of various EU funded projects. My role involves managing a dynamic team of 28 to 56 employees, depending on the specific phases and requirements of each project cycle.Through strategic leadership and effective management, I strive to maximize the impact of our projects and contribute to positive change in our communities.

• Drawing up plan of operation for implementation, including institutional arrangements for budgets.• Assess refugees needs in the various fields of assistance and make recommendations for the establishment of projects.• Closely monitoring the implementation of projects under two camps in the geographical area of responsibility and ensure the provisions under the agreements signed with the implementing partners are being adhered to.• Maintain good working relations with government officials, implementing partners and other agencies in the area.• Providing advice support to the Technical colleagues (Livelihood, Shelter, WASH, Supply, Energy & Environmental).• In charge of organizing the relocation of refugees to another camp.

▪ Adviser on implementation of program who aimed at social inclusion of 200 elderly and disabled beneficiaries and empowerment of 40 women through their employment in 11 local communities;▪ Counseling activities related to human resources; procurement, budgeting, designing humanitarian hygiene sets, the legal framework of the program, media correspondence and visibility promotions;▪ Fieldwork commitments: coordination of fields workers; conducts the control of the fields works; supervise the weekly and monthly reports; supervise the logistics and mileage records; etc.

Responsible for Humanitarian Affairs, Emergency preparedness and Crisis/Relief management.Leader, educator and trainer of the County Emergency Teams responsible for coordination of the Red Cross local branches of the Sibenik-Knin county, first aid competitions, voluntary blood giving, organizing of acknowledgements of jubilee blood donor, and correspondence with the Clients and Media.

Designer of the Program that helps 200 elderly and disabled peoples in their homes. One of the goals and the focus of the project are to employs 40 harder employable women from the 11 local communities’.The one million euros value of projects has accepted and financed by the EU funds.

Managing the work of the Office including planning and performing tasks related to the activities of the Executive President.Coordination of activities between the Executive President and the Heads of departments, monitoring of implementation of activities, coordination between departments, protocol activities.Supporting and strengthening National capacity for Emergency response.

In charge of the all humanitarian activities for over 650.000 migrants in Civilian-Military-Police sensitive environment, including managing and supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives and multi-lateral processes in a partnerships atmosphere, with more than 40 organizations (including IOM, UNHCR and UNICEF) and all governmental departments and agencies involved in migration crisis.Coordination of humanitarian field activities: PSS, RFL, relief distribution, protection of Refugees and Asylum seekers, accommodation of migrants, assisting health institutions.

Conducting emergency preparedness activities related to the organization of the safety and security of the Medical Response Team on Hungary-Serbian border. Coordination and communication between Medical Response Team, Hungarian Red Cross and other actors related to the migration crisis (police, other NGOs) as well as correspondence with the media.

Member of the working group for the development of the Rule Book on Preparedness and Crisis Management

The supervisor, trainer and evaluator at the international disaster simulations exercise of Emergency Response Teams of the Red Cross County branch Istria and the District of Brcko in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Tunarica 2015 (Labin, Croatia). The exercise consisted of the camp management, evacuations, treatment of injuries and water lifesaving service.

As a HAO I had several roles like:*Administrative employee responsible for the office correspondence, documents and IT support for office including maintain relationship with government officials, partners and clients;*Manager of Emergency Preparedness and Emergency Relief;*Database Manager for voluntary Blood Donors and distribution of humanitarian aid;*Organizer volunteers’ activities of the youth in the local community;*Head of the Public works employees – Program of the Croatian Employment Service;*Assistant at the UNHCR programs of the return and reintegration of Refugees (Protection of Refugees)*Assistant at the UNHCR Program "Mobile Team" and EU-funded IPA Project "Help the Elderly in their homes“ (263 families).

Lecturer on the topic of international humanitarian standards in planning, distribution, norms and preparation of food for the affected population.

Trainer at the International disaster simulation exercise - CAMPEX 2015, responsible for the planning, construction and management of the transit camp, water and sanitation in the camp.

Trainer at the International disaster simulation exercise - Mura 2015, responsible for initial planning and opening of the transit camp and the center for the sanitation and distribution of water.

During the first part of the ERU mission, I was in charge of volunteers, production and distribution of water during a cholera epidemic, during the second part of the mission I was working as a team leader, I led the dismantling of the plant for purification of water, relocation of equipment for purification of water to the local and national level of the South Sudan Red Cross in South Sudan, and extinguishing the mission.

Conducting surveys on the necessity of volunteering and people who are willing to volunteer, organizing meetings and workshops for volunteers.

Lecturer on the risks in mental and physical health of volunteers who provide direct assistance to vulnerable populations in crisis situations (Balkan floods).

Coordination of the work of the CRC National Emergency Response Unit national level in flooded areas in Posavina, Eastern Croatia (aka Balkan floods).Member of the High-level Government Crisis center and other operational headquarters responsible for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Management.

Program Manager of the program that care for elderly and disabled people, in the Post-Conflict region through coordination of field-teams providing daily assistance for 140 beneficiaries.

Providing lectures on dangers of mines to children, pupils, hunters, agricultural workers etc.

Assistance during organizing children's summer/winter camps, communication and cooperation with relevant partners, local officials, social welfare offices.
