Before I became Chief Executive Officer in 2002 I had been working in the company since it's beginnings in 1995.“Autonams” grew from 5 people to 80 employees who work in fields such as export and foreign network, safety, product development, equipment development, customer service, GPS monitoring and etc. Because we were a very small company, I as the CEO handled sales, went to exhibitions and met with customers. It was my task to manage company's growth and development. In our first years in business, we offered only service but later on we developed production. Then we started working on export and actually creating foreign network. “Autonams” was the first company in the industry which introduced ISO system in Latvia.Revelation after 20 years is that the less you know, the more you do! In 1995 no one in our 5 people team knew those small and specifics details for running a business.
