After spending years informally working on films and projects as a hobby, I'm on the journey to formally turn it into a career!Through my education in Sound Art & Design at London College of Communication I’ve had the opportunity to work on various short films as a sound recordist on set and in post-production as sound designer. Many of these projects have been self-funded and self-facilitated and done for the passion of it, and now I look for a way to turn it into a career.University also guided me towards field recording, a hobby I've come to adore. Through the university I was able to work with a range of microphones and recorders and had the freedom to experiment. I still regularly go out field recording today.Through school, college and university I was always working in kitchens to support myself, and out of university I naturally continued this work which resulted in working at a (very very busy!) award-winning pub in London. I'm incredibly proud of what I achieved, but I knew that at some point I had to pursue the career I trained for, so follow me as I go on this adventure!
