My experience in mental health settings spans over 30 years, gained across clinical and educational roles held in Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Over the past 10 years, I have held substantive roles in clinical education augmented by short term clinical contracts for the maintenance of my clinical psychiatric nursing skill-set. I am currently in a substantive workforce development role to promote growth of the mental health nursing workforce.
