My name is Edward Ashby, and I am a current student majoring in International Business and Operations and Supply Chain at the University of South Carolina. Ever since I can remember, my one overarching goal has been to learn. Whether that be in jiu jitsu practices, working out or even talking with a classmate, I always try to take something away from these seemingly insignificant moments and turn them into something which will slowly but surely make me into a better person. Throughout my time in South Carolina, I have been able to develop discipline along with interpersonal skills which will benefit me for a long time to come. Some examples of this include my 4.0 GPA, being a member of the President’s list (Fall 2022 – Current), and finally being a member of numerous clubs on campus, such as Carolina Finance and Investment Association, Entrepreneurship Club and Carolina Fund.
