• Responsible for writing and editing preseason and at-once orders for the Men’s and Boy’s division based on seasonal product offerings, budget allocation, historical sales data, and current market trends.• Placed closeout orders to take advantage of applicable in-line margin enhancement opportunities and to support FLASH platform sales.• Managed merchandise development, marketing, and financial management within each division to maximize sales, margin, and inventory turns. • Negotiated distressed merchandise markdowns, vendor chargebacks and RTV agreements to ensure division sales and margin goals.• Worked constantly to build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with division’s 60+ vendors.• Provided logistical support to receiving department and vendors to make sure that all orders are received with a target of 95% fulfillment.• Engaged Product Data team to develop and maintain the most accurate master product data to ensure the highest degree of receiving and order submission integrity.

• Compiled and maintained a complex master product data for each season, including transportation costs, duties, and retail margin structures into a cohesive document that served as a major component of the eventual seasonal softgoods product offering.• Placed the purchase orders to factories in Europe and Asia for all US wholesale inventory and provided the logistical support to ensure that the product was produced and delivered according the prescribed schedule.• Entered and maintained the finalized seasonal SKU data into our systems to ensure accurate receiving on our purchase orders and efficient shipping to our wholesale customers.• Coordinated the logistics for all seasonal sample sets from Asia and Europe to the US, including the distribution of all master and salesman sample sets from our Utah headquarters to and from locations around the US and Canada as needed during each seasons product life cycle.• Prepared all internal selling reports for the US Sales Manager and the VP of Softgoods.
