Through my role at Stellar Evolution I have built a solid understanding of the formal education processes, structure and requirements in delivering recognised qualification programs to learners. This role has enabled me to build relationships with education and commercial partners including; industry experts, financial institutions, colleges, recruiters and universities. Medidata Solutions - Internal recruitment Short term interim contract to explore new sourcing channels for the Business Development Team providing cloud based enterprise products and services to the life Sciences Industries. The main product was The Medidata Clinical Cloud which is the primary technology solution powering clinical trials for the top global pharmaceutical companies and medical device developers.     Bank of New York Europe/Bravura Solutions – Recruitment Specialist – Technical Recruiter Providing recruitment of IT staff in a number of different roles from Helpdesk Analyst to Programme Managers. Including but not limited to: SQL DBAs; C# Developers, Systems Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Business Development Managers, Release and Configuration Managers. I was heavily involved in their graduate recruitment programme and alongside the hiring managers would (using Facet 5) provide a role template for each position and plan an assessment day. The recruitment process involved writing job specs, attracting candidates through various media channels, selection via telephone interviews, email exercises and Psychometric tests. Dubai International Finance Centre – Retained Recruitment Specialist I was retained by DIFC to recruit a number of staff for their new London office including the centre manager and support team. First Interviews were held in London and I oversaw logistics for travel to Dubai for the final interviews. As well as the retained assignment I was on their Preferred Supplier List for international recruitment and I now have an extensive network of contacts in Dubai and the Middle East. Due to my knowledge of the local recruitment market I was approached to write a strategic document for Aon Hewitt for their internal recruitment processes.

NYSE Euronext – 360 Recruiter – Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery Manager – Contingent Work Force Manager I recruited staff for the IT and business departments which comprised writing job descriptions, attracting candidates via various media, candidate appraisal, selection, rate negotiation, contract administration and building a pipeline of potential future hires. I oversaw the onboarding process for all new starters which included pre-employment screening, confirming adherence to client policy (security and data protection, web browsing, personal trading and confidentiality policies). I oversaw the approval, renewal and termination of contracts. I wrote and delivered guidelines regarding compliance within employment legislation for the contingent workforce. Making sure our client was fully compliant and understood the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and its subsequent updates. I also regularly updated policy documents on the EAA Regulations, IR35 and the Onshore Intermediaries’ Act. Working closely with HR I supported hiring managers with developing job descriptions, salary thresholds, benchmarking, market mapping, MIS and related recruitment reports. I managed an exclusive and very successful Ad campaign to hire graduates and senior IT staff. Adhering to strict company guidelines and liaising with the Ad agency from first copy to production in the national press. This resulted in the desired hires and increased awareness of the Company’s brand image. Providing a weekly/monthly payroll service for Contractors and Temporary workers including all aspects of contract administration. This entailed being legally responsible for a vast number of staff on a £250,000 monthly payroll.
