Steer's India office officially opened in 2016. Since then it has delivered successful projects in the fields of transactions advisory, toll roads, airports and public transport. This six-month secondment was particularly focused on continuing the process of embedding the companies values and wider offer in the Delhi office as it expands, supporting project delivery, business development and knowledge transfer.In addition to the above, Edward managed a project which reviewed the Indian market to understand where investment opportunities lay geographically and for which modes from the viewpoint of an international operator. He also gained project experience in the fields of Indian toll road and airport transactions.

Neo Metrics is a leading Analytical Intelligence Consultancy. Based in Spain, it was acquired by Accenture in January 2012.This was a three-month Work Placement as part of the European Commission’s Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Scheme. My contributions included:• Using SAS programming language to build, manipulate and assess data sets.• Producing analysis of previous and current projects, both quantitative and qualitative. With many being used in official presentations to potential and existing clients.• Giving presentations to management reviewing and discussing findings.• My analysis being part of a successful proposal to a client, where it proved one of the most compelling arguments.
