Over 25 years of full cycle Executive Search experience. I've have placed professionals in technical positions as well as accounting and finance. Extensive experience with various data bases such as TALEO, Monster, The Ladder and LinkedIn.I have a B.S. and MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and am a California CPA (Inactive). I also have a Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses. I have worked in public accounting, was an internal auditor and a controller for a Real Estate Investment Trust. Spent 2 years working overseas in Saudi Arabia and Holland.As an executive recruiter I have found passive candidates using social media, as well as cold calling, written job descriptions, advertised jobs on various sites, interviewed applicants, made offers which were accepted. Worked with individuals to help them transition from candidate to productive employee. Enjoy working with hiring managers to help them define their open positions and successfully bring on new recruits.I have taught accounting and finance classes at U. C. Berkeley, Silicon Valley University and the University of Phoenix.
