I was the sole legal advisor for all clients offering sound advice and the best way forward in both recovering funds and managing their clientele to avoid incurring bad debt. I managed the high value accounts selling legal services when necessary. I liased with our partner law firm to ensure the client was kept up to date with the progress of any litigation.

I represented banks and lenders in Possession Claims. I also represented law firms on a variety of civil actions in the County Courts including Summary Judgment, Infant Approval, Charging Orders...
