Head Coach - Junior High - Lady Scouts Soccer

As President - Created and/ or assisted in the Implementation of Policies and Standards of Training for the soccer club. Handled aspecs of communications, logistics, training, Code of Conduct, and fundraising with the assistance of other key role personnell within the club for the betterment of the youth within our community. Currently maintaining the role as a League Representative for the CWYSC. As Coach - Created and encouraged within my respective group the fundamental mecanics and overall Team developement & dynamics for the sport of soccer. Enforcing the values of proper sportmanship for the game, whilst instilling the core values and training for proper decision making for the Team Players. In addition to the overall runnings of the team, from scheduling, seasonal planning & preporations, proper diet and hydration education, physical & mental assessments for managing the proper placement of personnell and proper alocation of funds for tournaments and training for the team throughout the respective age group season and/ or year.

Assisted in managing sales, business development and distribution of floor products throughout Maryland and Northeastern territory for successful flooring design and installation company.Promoted in '04 to help lead all business development efforts of RAN Floor Distributors, including sales strategies and techniques, sales installation training, product clinics and demonstrations, sales aid and product distribution, technical inspection of all merchandise. Previously provided energetic inside sales of a wide range of flooring products while overseeing installations from initial phases through final completion of projects.
