Mr. Bravado holds a central position on the Infrastructure Leadership team and possesses an in-depth working knowledge of operations and processes. As a Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) for the Shared Services Agile Release Train (ART), he is a key strategist in facilitating methods of infrastructure sustainment and modernization. Mr. Bravado developed, maintained, and implemented information security standards, procedures, and guidelines for applications and databases. He was responsible for ensuring that systems and organizational databases are protected from unauthorized access and use. Mr. Bravado routinely monitored systems, identified threats, and handled disaster recovery operations. His additional responsibilities included:• Performing assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Mr. Bravado served as the IT Systems Project Manager, reporting to the Contract Program Manager and Government Point of Contact, and is responsible for the triple constraints (cost, scope and time) associated with the Contract/Project. He routinely provided contract metrics, coupled with an in-depth recommendation, to high-level decision-makers for review/action. Mr. Bravado's understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance requirements allowed him to assist in ensuring the successful management of the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contact he resided on.Mr. Bravado also served as a high-level technical adviser, to experts in the Infrastructure and Application Service Provider roles on the contract. He routinely interacted with Agency key decision-makers to establish business rules, design applications, and made recommendations geared towards increased collaboration and more informed decision-making; through the use of ATLAS. Mr. Bravado’s wide array of skills allowed him to directly interact with Developers, Database Analyst, Cloud Engineers and Customer Engagement Specialists to fulfill the requirements put forth by the Agency. While serving as the Contract Operations Officer, Mr. Bravado coordinated closely with the Program Manager to facilitate processes and communications which ensured the seamless transitions of personnel on to contract, adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), management of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Level of Effort (LOE) contract budgeting and hours utilization, and quarterly reporting of significant activities to the customer. As a Data Manager, supervising four three individuals, Mr. Bravado produced weekly data inputs, from various reporting sources, in support of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Counterterrorism Office. With granted authority, he maintained organizational data structure to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information used by analyst. It was his responsibility to remain abreast of emerging technologies and tool for applicability to data management responsibilities in order to ensure the most current tools and methods of processing were available to analyst. He provided leadership, training, and guidance to less experienced personnel resulting in the continued success of each within the Data Management Cell.Mr. Bravado produced intelligence products by studying and exploiting imagery to include Electro-Optical (EO), Infrared and radar (fix and moving). Processed, exploited, and disseminated products in support of overseas contingency operations. Making use of his prior training, he combined Full-Motion Video data from airborne sensors with geospatial and National Technical Means (NTM) imagery to produce integrated products for use throughout the IC while meeting the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) standards.
